Attending to Appointments

PLEASE NOTE:  AS FROM MONDAY 15TH JUNE 2020:

If you are asked to attend the practice by your Doctor or Nurse, please remember you should attend alone . Due to the constraints of the waiting room  and 2 metre rule anyone attending with you will be asked to leave the surgery. If you have mobility issues etc , please let the receptionist or Doctor know at the time of booking the appointment.

If you are coming to the surgery for an appointment you MUST wear a face covering, If you do not have a face covering you will be asked to re-arrange your appointment. This does not need to be a surgical mask. It can be as simple as a scarf or bandana that ties behind the head. It must cover your nose and mouth whilst allowing you to breathe comfortably.
