The Darlington PCN are carrying out a survey regarding patient engagement with out of hours services in Darlington.

You can also complete a paper copy of the survey at the surgery and hand this in to the receptionist.

The Survey closes on Monday, 13th June 2022 at 8AM.

You can also join in remotely with a Q+A session with the PCN on Thursday, 9th June at either 12PM or 6PM.
